Ticketing Coordinator
Job Overview
Pepper Entertainment is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Ticketing Coordinator to support the accurate, efficient, and partner-focused operation of our Ticketing Department. This role plays a critical part in maximizing ticket revenue, maintaining inventory integrity, and supporting marketing and executive decision-making across all promoted events.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all ticketing operations for Pepper Entertainment events
- Build and manage ticketing configurations for all promoted shows
- Maintain and adjust ticket inventory, including artist holds, flexing, and platinum allocations
- Develop scaling and dynamic pricing recommendations using historical data, comparable artists, markets, and venues
- Partner with the Marketing team to implement ticketing promotions, buyer data collection, and reporting
- Analyze sales trends and performance, providing actionable insights to the Executive Team
- Respond to customer service inquiries with partners to ensure a positive ticket-buying experience
Skills & Qualifications
- Working knowledge of primary ticketing platforms (Ticketmaster, Paciolan, AXS, ETIX preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet time-sensitive deadlines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, live-events environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Junior Accountant
Job Overview
Pepper Entertainment is seeking a highly organized and self-driven Junior Accountant to support the efficiency and accuracy of the accounting department. This position plays a key role in preparing and reconciling financial documents related to promoted events and assisting in all aspects of company financial and administration operations as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounting needs as directed by Chief Financial Officer.
- Produce pre-settlement workbooks for all promoted events.
- Assist in ticketing operations as needed.
- Miscellaneous administrative tasks assigned as needed.

Promoter Representative

Pepper Entertainment is seeking a Promoter Representative to support the execution and coverage of our growing national concert portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in live event operations, communicates confidently with artists and venues, and can manage complex logistics in fast‑paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Advance all show logistics with artist teams and venues across club, theater, and arena levels.
- Source and coordinate vendors to fulfill production, staffing, and operational needs.
- Ensure all show-related expenses align with predetermined budgets.
- Collaborate with associates, venues, and vendors to compile financial and ticketing documentation required for artist settlements.
- Assist with reconciling artist settlements for the company.
- Partner with Talent Buyers to develop estimates and build show budgets.
Skills & Qualifications
- Related experience in production management, ticketing, or live event operations preferred but not required.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the year, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
