Ticketing Coordinator

Pepper Entertainment is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Ticketing Coordinator to support the accurate, efficient, and partner-focused operation of our Ticketing Department. This role plays a critical part in maximizing ticket revenue, maintaining inventory integrity, and supporting marketing and executive decision-making across all promoted events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage all ticketing operations for Pepper Entertainment events
  • Build and manage ticketing configurations for all promoted shows
  • Maintain and adjust ticket inventory, including artist holds, flexing, and platinum allocations
  • Develop scaling and dynamic pricing recommendations using historical data, comparable artists, markets, and venues
  • Partner with the Marketing team to implement ticketing promotions, buyer data collection, and reporting
  • Analyze sales trends and performance, providing actionable insights to the Executive Team
  • Respond to customer service inquiries with partners to ensure a positive ticket-buying experience

 

Skills & Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of primary ticketing platforms (Ticketmaster, Paciolan, AXS, ETIX preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet time-sensitive deadlines
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, live-events environment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
