Marketing Assistant Overview:

Pepper Entertainment Inc. is seeking a Marketing Assistant to assist the marketing team.  This candidate should have attention to detail, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a proactive and personable approach with a passion for delivering results in a fast-paced industry. This position reports to the Vice President of Marketing.

Role & Responsibilities (not limited to):

  • Oversee Pepper’s social media accounts, website, and email database.
  • Assist marketing team and co-workers on various tasks.
  • Research industry trends, news, marketing activity, and general market intelligence. 
  • Willingness to participate in show activation strategies including photography, social media, and content management.
  • Graphic Design support for company-branded promotions and events.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing.
  • Ability to think critically and problem-solve.
  • Attention to detail in all aspects of the position.
  • Superior organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to respond in a professional and productive manner under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Adobe.

Ticketing Coordinator Overview:

Pepper Entertainment is seeking a Ticketing Coordinator, responsible for the accurate, efficient, and service-oriented operation of the organization’s Ticketing Department.

Role & Responsibilities (not limited to): 

  • Coordinate all ticketing operations for the organization.
  • Oversees ticketing builds for all concerts promoted by Pepper Entertainment.
  • Maintains ticket inventory for all shows and adjusts inventory as necessary. 
  • Assists Marketing Department with the coordination and implementation of all ticketing promotions, buyer data collection, and report generation. 
  • Generates all ticket office reports, settlement,s and reconciliations as needed.  
  • Responds to customer and service requests to maintain a positive rapport with the ticket-buying public.
  • Analyze sales trends and patterns and make recommendations to the executive Team.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from College or University; or two years related experience and/or training.
  • Strong drive to help the organization grow and improve processes while increasing revenue.
  • Premium attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to work flexible schedules including evenings/weekends. 
  • Ability to always conduct self in a professional manner.
  • Ability to multi-task efficiently 
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to accurately hit sensitive deadlines.
  • Ability to think critically, problem-solve, and analyze data.
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
