Junior Accountant

Job Overview

Pepper Entertainment is seeking a highly organized and self-driven Junior Accountant to support the efficiency and accuracy of the accounting department. This position plays a key role in preparing and reconciling financial documents related to promoted events and assisting in all aspects of company financial and administration operations as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily accounting needs as directed by Chief Financial Officer.
  • Produce pre-settlement workbooks for all promoted events.
  • Assist in ticketing operations as needed.
  • Miscellaneous administrative tasks assigned as needed.

 

Skills & Qualifications

  • Accounting experience preferred but not required.
  • Superior communication and organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to respond in a professional and productive manner under pressure.
  • Attention to detail.

Marketing Coordinator

Job Overview

Pepper Entertainment Inc. is seeking Marketing Coordinator who will assist the marketing team.  This person will be responsible for creating marketing and media plans, budgeting advertising spends, creating digital campaigns along with managing Pepper’s email database and social media platforms. This position reports to the Vice President of Marketing.

Role & Responsibilities (not limited to):

  • Marketing:
  • Conduct research to identify target audiences and trends in the concert industry. 
  • Create comprehensive marketing plans that effectively utilize budget allocations to achieve defined goals and objectives. 
  • Assist in placing media buys to enhance the visibility and effectiveness of marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  • Create marketing content, including Press Releases, social media posts, and promotional materials. Develop multimedia content, such as videos and graphics, to promote concerts visually. 
  • Plan and implement promotional giveaways, and contests to generate interest in leading up to the concert campaigns. 
  • Coordinate with venues, to ensure all marketing efforts align with the concert event. 
  • Create content for social media channels, and distribute eblasts, and support updates to the company website to ensure timely and relevant communication. 
  • Implement search engine optimization (SEO) strategies and online advertising campaigns (PPC) to boost online visibility. 
  • Work closely with artist agencies and management teams to align marketing initiatives with their branding and promotional needs and final approvals. 
  • Team Player: 
  • Participate in team discussions, take notes, and distribute key takeaways to facilitate ongoing communication.
  • Assist team members with a variety of tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and collaboration within the team environment.
  • Facilitate client needs by ensuring clear and appropriate messaging, maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions.
  • Ability to respond in a professional and productive manner under pressure. 
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, especially when under pressure, to overcome challenges.
