Senior Talent Buyer – Mid-Atlantic/Southeast Region Job Overview:­

Pepper Entertainment is seeking a senior-level talent buyer, responsible for executing all aspects of growth initiatives to include but not limited to talent booking (all size venues); develop industry relations key to the scaling of Pepper; operational management; implement announce, on-sale, marketing and advertising campaigns in conjunction with our marketing department; travel to applicable shows & manage settlements and financials; tracking data; attending meetings & industry conventions (where/when applicable); maintaining databases; preparing reports; oversee production staff & management. Reports to President/CEO.

Role & Responsibilities (not limited to):

  • Specifically, oversee, develop and manage show opportunities throughout the mid-Atlantic and southeastern region of the United States
  • Develop and maintain key relationships with industry & venue professionals
  • Maintain calendar with venues and within company database(s)
  • Build offers, ticket scaling & articulate proforma projections
  • Coordinate & facilitate show advances with venues, artists, and production team(s)
  • Work directly with associates to ensure a professionally produced show (all aspects)
  • Attend, manage and settle all assigned shows & tours
  • Maintain well-organized company documents & records
  • Bring new and creative ideas & company growth strategies
  • Maintain a premium level of fan, guest, venue & artist service

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, a relevant field of study plus a minimum of 10 years of industry experience.
  • Premium knowledge of the music industry
  • Established & proven industry relationships w/ agency’s, agents, management companies & artists
  • Premium attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to grow & lead a team/staff
  • Desire to grow and drive the brand as an ambassador
  • Willingness to travel, work extended hours as needed, including nights, weekends & holidays as required

Promoter Representative Job Overview:

Pepper Entertainment Inc. is seeking an experienced Promoter Representative to assist with the show coverage of our expanding concert volume across the country. 

Role & Responsibilities (not limited to):

  • Advancing all logistics of shows with artist representatives and venues at the club, theater, and arena levels.
  • Source vendors to fulfill production and staffing needs when necessary.
  • Ensuring that all show expenses are falling within the predetermined budgets.
  • Work with associates, venues, and vendors to compile all financials and ticketing reports necessary for facilitating the artist settlement on the night of the show.
  • Reconcile venue settlements and internals for the company.
  • Work with Talent Buyers on compiling estimates and generating budgets for shows.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of related experience in production management, ticketing, and operations.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the year and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Superior organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to respond in a professional and productive manner under pressure.
  • Attention to detail in all aspects of the position.
  • Ability to think critically and problem solve.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
