COVID-19 Warning

We have taken enhanced health and safety measures – for you, our other Guests, and touring personnel. You must follow all posted instructions.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exist in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and Guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.

By attending a Pepper Entertainment show, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. Help keep each other healthy.

Health Acknowledgement

Please make sure that you have reviewed any advisories or restrictions that may be in place at your specific venue locale. Visit https://www.siouxfalls.org/covid19 for information. By entering a Pepper Entertainment show, you are confirming that you and all persons in your party:

  • are not experiencing any of the following symptoms of COVID-19 identified by the CDC at CDC.gov, including:
    • Fever or chills
    • Cough
    • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing o Fatigue
    • Muscle or body aches
    • Headache
    • New loss of taste or smell
    • Sorethroat
    • Congestion or runny nose
    • Nausea or vomiting
    • Diarrhea
  • have not been in contact with someone with confirmed or suspected COVID-19 symptoms without completing a 14
  • are not under any self-quarantine orders

Guests who cannot confirm all of the above criteria must not enter a Pepper Entertainment show. If at any point during their visit a guest does not meet all of the above criteria, they and all members of their party will be required to isolate and may be relocated or asked to leave the property.

If you need to request a refund for your tickets due to illness, please contact e-Tix at 1.800.514.3849. Refunds will not be available after the completion of the show.

Like many of our great fans, we too are looking ahead to days when live music can be played – outside in amphitheaters, in venues and in our hearts. Also like many of you, we are closely monitoring the opening plans for the markets/cities for which we have upcoming shows. In this ever-changing time, we are gathering information and talking to industry leaders to work through our own opening plan for what shows will look like in our partner venues. We are taking every precaution to ensure that we provide a safe environment for you the fans, the artists, and the venue workers.
